Between Sixth and Seventh on Twenty-Fifth, built 1921. Nineteen apartments at a corner that has been called Chelsea, NoMad, and Midtown South in the last twenty years. The building predates all three.

Between Charles and Perry on Bleecker, built 1852. Three apartments above the street. The structure was here before the neighborhood had its current name, or most of its current character.
